Sleep – Children’s Behavior? Can You Be Sure?
My children both have good beds and should have restful nights every night. But, for some reason, they end up in our bed. And, our bed is a nice restful bed as well, but when you start putting all four of us the one bed, people start to demonstrate characteristics that are specific to lack of sleep.
When we owned the daycare, I could easily determine which kids had been fortunate enough to get good restful sleep and those who were often up way too late. It’s amazing how behavior is affected. And, honestly, I don’t know why it was such a shock to the parents that I could tell because I bet as parents, you can all tell when your child has either spent the night with the grandparents or had a sleep over and simply didn’t get a good night’s sleep. But, some of us insist on letting the little cherubs stay up too late on a regular basis.
So, enough about the kids and their behavior, what about the parents. Do you get enough sleep? Do you get restful sleep when you do get to bed on time, without insomnia and without kids waking you as they crawl over you to join you in your bed?
I’m known to be one who searches and researches everything online. And when I found the adjustable beds at mobility compare, I have to admit, I was instantly jealous. I like to sleep and I am one to take a nap even when I don’t need or have time for one. I simply like to sleep.
After checking out the site, I found numerous mobility products that I thought I’d love to be a part of. And, ahhh yes, indeed, that comfy looking bed just keeps drawing me back.
